Ive been working at a local community boxing gym for a year and I’ve been training in boxing for almost 3. I have a lot of different workouts and excersizes to use in the training sessions that will help beginners and even intermediate clients get an upper edge. I’ve accomplished a lot in my fitness journey and I want to pass on the results and knowledge to my clients and comfortable and affordable setting.
He was very professional, and focused on what was most important for me to learn. I really enjoyed his training.
His personal sessions are excellent, I loved the environment and the great routine Ricardo set up for the me. For me it was a perfect mix of cardio and boxing with great music too! I lost about 10lbs after 6 sessions with him and of course i changed my diet up too!
