I contacted Fina about two years ago when I was looking for a personal trainer that could help me reach my goal of playing soccer for a Division 1 college program. I mentioned to her that I wanted to gain muscle weight as well as staying lean. Even though soccer did not allow me to train continuously with her, she developed a personalized routine which was suitable for my tight schedule. Also, over the two year period, I did not have to follow a strict diet as I was only 17 when I first started with her. Even though the diet was not as strict, it helped stay within my desired weight of 150 Lbs. Also, after just a couple months of following her workout routine, I noticed that I was performing a lot better in the field. Making her, my trainer changed my life in so many ways, for instance, I got offers to play Division 1, and 2 soccer and her easy to follow routines allowed me to develop a passion for working out which I still share.
