As a young entrepreneur my goal is to bring peace and equanimity to individuals around the world.
I have been a student of yoga for 12 years. Over this time I have seen a transformation in my own life and here to share the magic of yoga.
Helping individuals relieve pain, overcome mental illnesses or finding a balanced life is the goal. Ultimately finding a deeper connection with self and nature. I have traveled abroad for yoga retreats, graduated with my 200 Hour Register Yoga Teacher acredited through Yoga Aliance in 2019 and currently seaking my 300 Hour acredidations.
Yoga gives us a chance to appreciate the beauty in each moments. Allowing us to slow down in this very busy society. When we focus on calming our mind, caring for our body and connecting with our spiritual selves we become happy, healthy and a better part of society.

If you are looking for private instruction; rates start at $60 per session. Option to host in-studio or at your private residence. A ten minute pre-consultation is included with your first session for a customized experience.

All ages, all levels of experience. I've taught. Second grade class up to seniors in their 80s and everything inbetween. Yoga is for ALL!
