My name is Mary, and I have been a health and wellness enthusiast for the majority of my life. I started out playing sports when I was younger, and have maintained a workout lifestyle ever since.
My training started with weightlifting & HIT work, but by incorporating yoga I was able to heal injuries, gain mobility, and learn so much about the mental aspect of healing.
Over time I have studied a lot about health (body, mind, and spirit alike) and notice that it doesn’t look any one particular way. That is why working with me can look like anything from weight training, HIT cardio, yoga, breath & meditation work, or even weight loss training. I find that everyone has different goals and enjoys different things, or maybe like myself, a little bit of everything.
My former career was in the corporate health care world, and I began to notice a pattern… preventive health is vital, and the reason people are not able to take part in the goals they would like is due to certain inconveniences- Whether that be conflicting schedules, traffic, lack of class availability, proximity, family schedules, or any other number of reasons that life may get in the way. With that being said, that is why I like this platform, it helps enable me to be able to work within your availability as much as possible.
I am a 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher Trainer
I also have 2 years of experience as a 1 on 1 personal trainer
