About

I teach yoga not just for the yogi but for the non yogi. People who live busy lives, who have aches and pains, who are dubious of yoga and want to relax into their mind and body with evidence based exercises and meditations. It’s not competitive gymnastics, it’s not just for skinny people, it’s a way to incorporate a good healthy regimen into packed lives. As a 200RYT yoga instructor, I have trained in Yin, Trauma Informed, tantric breathwork and Prenatal yoga. I have traveled from India to Costa Rica studying the benefits of both meditation and yoga and have applied it to my own life. I’m interested in sharing this healing modality with others and truly believe it can help anyone live a healthier and happier life.

I’ve helped people find ways to better manage pain and slow down their monkey mind. It’s really cool being part of the process that empowers an individual to live their best life.

I was extremely nervous going into my first ever yoga class. I thought that I would be the oddball that is super inflexible and can’t keep up with the rest of the class. This was my first yoga anything so I wasn’t sure what to really expect. BUT all my fears were quickly smoothed over as Natalie, my instructor, was super patient and understanding and even told me it was others first times as well. Everyone in my class was so nice and the whole atmosphere was very peaceful and kind. I absolutely loved it. I’m probably going to become a regular here. MY YOGA VIRGINITY IS GONE LOL!!!

    Frequently asked questions

Start off with a simple introductory class usually around 45 minutes.  I am just seeing what it is you’d like to work on and if I’d be a good match for you as a teacher.  Additionally, the first class is just a way to bring awareness to your body to allow you to see where you may be holding tension.  We will work on breathwork, we can use visual tantric practices or if you prefer just basic diaphragmatic breathing.
