Power Play Yoga

I stepped on a yoga mat 15 years ago looking for something that would help me feel better physically. I found that and much more in my first class. I found calmness, strength, and connection. Over the years, I have learned more about yoga through certification programs and time on the mat. I love teaching yoga across the spectrum of Restorative to Power. Currently, I hold 500hr ERYT and YACEP certifications from Yoga Alliance. I look forward to helping you find your true strength on the mat!
