It was my first Yoga class but I felt comfortable and relaxed. Laura seemed to know how far to push me. Will definitely continue with her!!
I first send them an Intake form and waiver to fill and sign. After that i create a persolilized class for the student based on their needs. Also i like to meet them in person prior to the first class to go over paper work and get to know them a little.
