I'm a CYT 200 and have been practicing and learning yoga for 15 years. I love to share the benefits of yoga with all people. If you are not sure how to start practicing in a group class i can give you the tools to make you feel confortable to start after a few personalized clases with me. Learn the basics of yoga to keep up with class.. or simply learn aligment and get more knowledge for the growth of your personal practice. Yoga could help you liberate stress, make you more organized, clear your mind and strengthen your body. No judgment! I also speek spanish!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first send them an Intake form and waiver to fill and sign. After that i create a persolilized class for the student based on their needs. Also i like to meet them in person prior to the first class to go over paper work and get to know them a little.
