What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a conversation to understand your goals, experience, and any health considerations, then create a personalized plan that blends movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga instructor with training in gentle yoga, restorative practices, breathwork, and meditation, and I continue to pursue ongoing professional development.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons are $120 per hour. Packages and both online or in-person sessions are available for flexibility and convenience.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching to share the transformative benefits of yoga, helping students build strength, calm, and balance in their daily lives.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with adults of all ages, including beginners, seasoned practitioners, and students over 50 seeking gentle yet effective yoga. I also support those recovering from injuries or seeking stress relief.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently led an outdoor yoga session on the beach. Watching students relax and connect with their breath in the sunrise was truly special.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Choose a teacher who listens, adapts to your needs, and makes you feel safe and supported. Connection and teaching style are just as important as experience.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Consider your goals, experience, physical limitations, preferred location, and type of practice you enjoy. This helps the teacher tailor sessions that are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
