What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually start with my clients working on the basic concepts of boxing, movements and basic punches of this sport towards the specific and advanced as combinations and defense work.

How did you get started teaching?
I was born inside a boxing gym, from a very young age I practice it and have been teaching boxing my whole life
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, amateur and professional boxers, people with different goals, from professional fighters to people who choose this sport to improve their physical condition and lose weight
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Above all, any student who decides to start in this sport must know their main goal! Depending on this, specific training must be planned to achieve the desired result.
