I truly believe that my yoga stands out because I can make it YOUR YOGA. Each and every time I plan or guide a practice, it is tailored for that moment, those people/persons, that energy. Different every time but always consistently fun, challenging, AND healing/strengthening.
There's nothing I don't enjoy! From the people and community it connects me to, the fitness, the energy, the healing, and the absolute HONOR it is to give others the ability to have this light as well!
