Yoga Journey With Tanya
About
Personal practice - 10 years. In 2016 completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. After that worked in yoga studio as well as with private clients.
Yoga is the journey and you are very welcome to share this journey with me.
Primary style - Hatha yoga. And I also like to add to my practice yin yoga which I’ve been learning and practicing a lot.
My goal is for you to leave class feeling like the practice we’ve done together is relevant and that it makes a noticeable difference in your everyday life.
we can all use the tools that yoga has to offer to help us stress less, to communicate more effectively, to embrace who we are, and to enjoy this life.
I like to see calmness and peace on the faces of my students after a class. I really like to share my knowledge about yoga as it brings inner and outer strength by uniting the body with the mind through the practice of asanas, pranayamas, meditation, and chanting.
