About
I am a 200 hr Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, as well as a certified Reiki Master Teacher. I have spent the last 11 years studying and practicing how to heal and balance the mind, body, and spirit.
I offer one-on-one yoga, meditation, and reiki sessions in my home studio, which provides a private, calming atmosphere. I also provide both one-on-one and group sessions at the clients home, outdoors (parks, beach, etc.), and places of business.
I also offer Animal Reiki sessions in your home. I have experience working with cats, dogs, rabbits, and horses. All first time Animal Reiki sessions are 50% off.
During my classes and sessions, I use crystals, essential oils, and sound therapy to increase physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first set up a free consultation to go over what the clients expectations are and make sure we're a good teacher/student fit. From there I explain what the session will entail and we schedule our first appointment. My goal is to make sure that the client is informed and comfortable before we begin.
