I contacted Fina about two years ago when I was looking for a personal trainer that could help me reach my goal of playing soccer for a Division 1 college program. I mentioned to her that I wanted to gain muscle weight as well as staying lean. Even though soccer did not allow me to train continuously with her, she developed a personalized routine which was suitable for my tight schedule. Also, over the two year period, I did not have to follow a strict diet as I was only 17 when I first started with her.
