I have played baseball for over 20 years. I have been in fitness full time for the passed 2 years. I am a certified personal trainer. I teach group classes at a boutique fitness studio. I am also a trainer at an EMS gym. I can tailor an individual regiment that focuses on honing in on your strengths all while identifying areas of opportunities as we progress.
I most enjoy utilizing my experience and skill to assist others develop their natural born talents. As I work with my clients, seeing their individual progression is the most rewarding part for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start with an interview process that can be conducted over the phone or in person. It is a simple conversation encompassing any injuries or inhibitants. We will also discuss any upcomming competitions you are training for as well as any goals you would like to accomplish while training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have standard pricing systems as each clients goals and training must be tailored specifically to their needs.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have 2 children. My son Isaiah is 11 and my daughter Ayana is 7. I have been coaching my son's baseball team for the passed three years.
