About
My life has been dedicated to martial arts and fitness. I have been competing in mixed martial arts for 10 years and have been training at the best gyms in the world for the last 5 years. I have competed in the UFC and Bellator, and was a finalist on UFCs "the ultimate fighter". I am passionate about fitness and empowering people with the ability to defend themselves. I've been teaching for 5 years and training as a full time fighter for the last 7. I train people from your average joe, women, and competitive martial artist. There are a lot of fake martial artists out there so I encourage you to do your research on an instructor.
