Personal Trainer, nutrition specialist, jump training, and basketball coach (certified)
I played the sport for many years I still play when I get the chance. I am certified in coaching for basketball in personal training so I know how to get the most of the athlete physically because I myself still train like an athlete. Anybody can teach children the sport but they can't teach the education that's learned from practicing and studying. Want to get in contact with me about training you can text me at 321-276-5440.

Ask themselves are they seeing the desired result and if not then begin to looking to a teacher.
