Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I currently am teaching a little boy with MS and it has helped him with walking and boosted his confidence overall.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always check credentials and lineage. Not everyone with a "black belt" can teach and not all self-defense systems are the same even if they are all called "Krav Maga" or "Self-Defense." When being taught techniques ask questions. Don't just go with it if you feel it won't work for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is it they're looking for. Is it fighting, self-defense, fitness, or just. How often they should do it to get the most benefit from it. And just background knowledge about the system/art that you can google to see if they know what they're talking about.
