What motivates me and the main reason I enjoy being a trainer/coach is I get the opportunity to create training programs that help athletes and active individuals train to become stronger and more resilient, Which helps decrease their chance of injury and improve their mobility, flexibility, and performance.

    I love Atlas pro training. I have been going almost 8 months. I like it so much I plan my life around my workouts. I do the group training sessions and love the motivation I get. Ernest is an amazing trainer. He makes things challenging by switching up the workouts, but is also careful that no one gets injured. Ernest is very professional and is always there for you when you want to get in a workout!!!! He is beyond 5 stars!!!

    Ernest is an exceptional trainer. He has trained my son and I have seen him in action personally and the results speak for themself. He helped my son rehab after an acl injury he suffered during his junior year in high school. With Ernests help my son was cleared to return to team sports 5 months after surgery. He was able to play his Senior year and was ready to start as a freshman in college with Ernests help. I can not recommend Ernest enough. He is the real deal.

    I have been training here for over 2 years and my intentions were to just get started and did it for about 6months. I’m still here as I got addicted and like how my trainer works with my body. I have back issues, so he is very knowledgeable and careful of what and how I do my movements. I’m so happy and look forward to my work out sessions as I know it’s going to be good. Even those days that I’m feeling a bit off, my trainer Ernest is going to get me through it and it’s all good. I also like the one and one sessions but I also have to option to switch into the group classes. I also get to do my weigh-ins quite often to see my progress with this machine that gets it done in seconds. I’ve seen great progress and I am much stronger physically and mentally.     First I perform a movement, flexibility and mobility assessment, and strength assessment. Then I creat a custom sports specific training program for the athlete, which is updated and changed every 6-8 weeks depending on the time the athlete has available to train. 

     

    I have a B.S. in Sports Management with a focus on fitness and wellness.

    I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning  Association I am a Level 1 Sports Performance coach through USAW and TPI LEVEL 1 Certified to train golfer 

    I have had the opportunity to train under several high-level Strength coaches on the college and professional level over the past 25 years.

    I was a high school football coach for 4 years 

    The football skills training program focuses primarily on Defensive and Offensive linemen. 

    I offer a single session rate starting at $78 per session. 

    Weekly and Monthly training packages for sports performance and personal training programs. 

    I decided to begin my journey as a trainer and coach 4 years after I retired as a professional athlete, with the goal of helping people improve their health and performance. 

    I have been involved in sports my whole life. I have been a professional coach/trainer for 11 years and a college/professional athlete for over 35 years. 

    I have trained athletes of all levels and active adults that want to become stronger more resistant individuals.  

    There is no one event that I am fond of. What I enjoy about what I do is seeing individuals improve their physical performance and push themselves beyond what they assumed they could do, gaining the confidence and grit live and perform at a high level.
