I truly believe yoga is for every BODY and am committed to making you feel comfortable and confident in your body and abilities. With over two decades of dance training, a BFA in Dance and Choreography, and a 200 hr yoga certification through Yoga Alliance, I have a deep understanding of the body and mechanics. This extensive training has also taught me the importance of self-care and self-love. We often spend so much time going, and doing, and pushing, and never stopping, that we end up with physical and mental stress or tension. Yoga saved me from a lifetime of overthinking and worry and I am so excited to pass that on. I love to laugh and make the class fun for everybody while working safely toward your specific goals.

Brooke is a great yoga instructor who is able to cater to all levels at the same time. She also creates a very comfortable environment in her class. My body always feels better and more aligned after a class from Brooke.
Yoga with Brooke is one of my favorite things to do. You can always tell she knows her stuff and you’ll never take the dame class twice. It is clear that she has a passion for healing others through yoga.
