About

Through my passion for yoga, I aim to help my students utilize their unlimited potential. With personalized yoga lessons we can focus on whatever poses, stretches, sequences, and meditation techniques that best suit you and your goals.

I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher residing in Orlando, Fl. I have been teaching for almost 3 years and practicing for almost 5. I have been blessed with amazing opportunities thus far in my career, such as teaching at the WDW Dolphin Resort as well as the Florida Mall Hotel. My story differs from the majority that were introduced to yoga for the physical aspects, because although i have gained many beneficial attributes from my asana practice, my main purpose getting into yoga was to bring my self a peace of mind. It was not until I was ultimately challenged to seek happiness by re-evaluating my decisions, my health, my beliefs, and my entire life in general that led me to this sacred practice. No matter the circumstances, the path to internal healing is always accessible.

My mission is to be of assistance in bringing union to the mind, body, and spirit. I wish to live simply while cultivating balance and peace with myself and others. As a yoga teacher, my objective is to shed the light of yoga into the darkest areas and spread love and positivity while helping others realize their unlimited potential.

Alex embodies everything that yoga is to me. Not only is she knowledgeable in her practice, but she has an amazing story that she so openly and genuinely shares. In class, she is eloquent in guiding her students through poses and reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously! I love taking challenges in class with her guidance because she emphasizes that messing up and falling is part of the journey. My favorite class with her has been hot flow because it incorporates challenging and detoxifying poses with smooth transitions with a meditative mindset. Seriously recommend Alex for any level you are at with yoga! Shes the best.

Frequently asked questions

The first step is a phone call to have a deeper understanding of what your personal goals are. From there I create a personalized practice that is suitable for your level. I include yoga poses, flexibility and strength training, yoga for recovery and healing, breathing techniques that can be used at anytime throughout your day, meditation techniques that will benefit stress levels. Mat and yoga props provided. 

I have completed a 200hr course that certifies me to be a registered yoga teacher.

My rates vary depending on travel distance and time. Please contact me to discuss your budget.

 I have worked with every time of student! From beginner to advanced! I have worked with students that have arthritis, diabetes, ADHD, tourette's, and more. Currently I am working with a 50+ year old man that is becoming more flexible than myself!
