I also offer Sound/ guided/ silent meditation Sessions with light stretching, Crystal Singing Bowls, chanting, mantras, harmonium, sage cleansing customized to your personal goals and interests.
I recieved my RYT 200 with Ignite Yoga Institute in 2016 and have since been teaching all over central Florida.
Teaching in Yoga Festivals, workshops, communities, studios, and private yoga sessions.
It brings me so much joy to be apart of someones yoga/wellness/healing journey. Giving them all of the tools I have to offer to make them feel blissful, rested, accomplished, and to see major growth in their overall view on life, spirituality, flexibility, and overall happiness.
