About

My name is Sarah Crider, and I am an RYT-200 certified instructor in Hatha yoga. My greatest hope is to provide the space and guidance for my students to reach their personal goals through the practice of discipline and flexibility. I receieved my Yoga Alliance certification from The Lotus Pond Yoga School (located in Tampa, FL) by participating in their month-long Mountain Immersion program in Boone, NC. It was an incredibly raw and enlightening experience at The Art of Living Center on Heavenly Mountain and was incredibly constructive for my relationship with myself. My goal as a yoga teacher is to serve as an aid on your journey of self discovery and personal growth.

Frequently asked questions

I am an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance.

I am currently a student at Seminole State College & will graduate in December. My AA has a track in nursing but I would like to pursue a bachelors in premedicine. I am passionate about doing what is right for my mind, body, and spirit - and love guiding others to do the same.

When I was a child, my father was in the military. Every time we moved, my mother got a job teaching a different fitness class at the local YMCA but my favorite was when she taught yoga. It felt so natural to participate in the yoga from the back of the room, where I usually sat and colored on summer afternoons. I have been practicing off and on for my entire life, and last year decided it was time to start sharing the joy of yoga with others.

Be willing to communicate. If you aren't open about what you need from me as your guide for self growth, I cannot give it to you.
