Yoga With Brandy

Yoga with Brandy is an extraordinary experience whether your practice is virtual or in the studio. Like many, I have issues that cause chronic pain in various areas of my body. Within the first 15 minutes of a session with Brandy, my pain and tension are alleviated. She effortlessly brings me into a slower and deeper way of breathing and being present. Brandy is aware of where my body and mind are just by noticing how my body moves. She has an intuitive sense, offering even the slightest adjustment to help me into my “ahhaaa” moment.

For days after a session, I have a total body feeling of strength and ease. Over the years, I’ve been to many different workshops and licensed teachers, but I have never felt quite the same feeling as after just one hour of practice with Brandy.

She has been helping me recover from a back injury she is very patient and understanding I would highly recommend using her her knowledge and stretches have helped me out tremendously I love the process from beginning to end and use her daily and more thank you Brandy for All your support and availability
