Zen Warrior *practical Self-defense*

Hi there!

growing up was rough, pretty much stay that way as it was back in my younger years...the neccesity to fit into a "box"was huge, wich lead me to a world of trouble...so ever since i was young i ran to the need to defend myself and others...wich land me into martial arts classes...study many, practicing all, i had been an spiritual explorer ever since...love the link provide it by the ability to defend yourself from bullies, victimazors an d abusers...in an unertain world as it is now....this need has increase...i have been practicing many diferent arts trought my life....id had obtain a 4 degreed black belt in hapkido and taekwondo and participate it in many renoum tournaments trought the years...collecting 23 gold medals and trofeos alike...my purpose in life its to transmite and share what it works for the individual, not everyone posses the same ability to move,and we all have different biomechanics that set us apart from everyone.

bringing someone from the darkness of insecurities to the light of confidence...its a bliss

That doesn’t feel like a job, teaching, coaching, guiding has become a lifestyle.... I finally know what they meant when they said, love what you do until you do what you love.
