About
After having attended The University Of Miami and being a 2 year starter at defensive end, my pro career cut short due to knee injuries. My passion for fitness and sports never went away so i decided to take the same energy I developed as a football athlete and direct it towards my new dream as being a personal trainer. I'm NASM certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Personal Trainer.
Over the journey, I've helped a plethora of people lose weight, correct imbalances of the body, and develop better athletic mechanics. Through research I challenge my clients with the latest training methods that i believes goes well with one of my favorite quotes “Train to NEVER be the same"
I enjoy the most seeing my clients become more confident and healthier. Once the results start to show, it becomes addicting. It's a pleasure to watch the transformation mentally and physically.
