I'm an experienced yoga instructor (E-RYT500) with over 5,000 hours teaching yoga, as well as training hundreds of new yoga instructors at my studio. No matter what your experience, I can cater a session that fits your exacts needs.
I love to share about a subject that I am so passionate about, that is leave my students feeling that buzz and vibe that I have about yoga. Yoga has truly changed my life and it's the healing power of yoga that continues to draw me back, and calls me to share this gift with the world.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We talk about their needs and goals of the sessions. I then assess any structural needs and create a session that is personalized to their fitness level and their level of knowledge of the body and yoga. Each session is catered to exactly what the student needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Thai Yoga and Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance at the highest level (E-RYT500).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My lessons at the studio are $85/hour. The rate varies if I have to travel to you.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been teaching Circus Arts since I was in high school, and began studying yoga over 9 years ago. With my passion to teach and my true love for yoga, my classes and sessions are inspired and filled with care.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all fitness levels. I am also able to work with students who have health conditions or issues that need specific sessions tailored for their needs. I am a certified Yoga Therapist and have many tools in my toolbox in which to use in my sessions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I took a group of 12 students to India in November. It was truly a divine experience to go to the birthplace of Yoga for the first time. The best part of the trip was to watch other experience these eye opening and inspiration moments for the first time.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for an instructor that you connect with on a personal level. Someone you feel comfortable with and trust right from the start.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your current fitness level, your experience with yoga and your goals for training wih a teacher. Are there parts of your life that could use improving? Is there something you aren't happy about and want to change?
