We work on your movement patterns - including how you sit, walk, stand and sleep. It all makes a difference when you practice yoga. By being aware of these you can start to move again without pain and more easily.
I love helping people increase their mobility, flexibilty and get their life back. LOVE IT SO MUCH - it's my passion from personal experience and suffering for a long time from my own bad movement habits.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We assess your movement, range of motion and areas of pain. I have you move through a few poses and then we work on a plan to strengthen weak areas, regain mobility and function and feel better moving without pain.

How did you get started teaching?
I found myself in a yoga class after suffering from my own painful journey to recovery from a back injury. Now I help others with the same issue. I love helping people regain their love for their body through mind body connection and movement.
