At FIGHT TEAM LLC we strive to develop a strong sense of family, camaraderie and unity amongst our team. We constantly aspire to get the most out of our training sessions, and bring out the absolute best in our Fighters. You will receive individualized, personal attention, and will quickly develop an unwillingness to accept anything less than the best from yourself. Training is fast paced and high intensity. You'll constantly be challenged physically, as well as mentally. A strong emphasis is placed on keeping training unique and interesting, while still ensuring continuous improvement on the basics through proper technique as well as necessary drilling and repetition. We offer expert training for Amateur and Professional Fighters who intend to 'Go to War' in the Ring and/or the Cage, as well as Fight Fitness Cardio Kickboxing & Conditioning classes for those simply wanting to reap the benefits that come along with a Fighter’s training regimen.
STRIKING & SPARRING:

Our style of striking (Chinese Kickboxing) is called 'SanShou' or 'SanDa', made popular by current middleweight U.F.C./StrikeForce Fighter Cung Le and Kickboxing legend Don "The Dragon" Wilson. Traditional SanShou training encompasses punches, kicks, elbows, knees, sweeps, takedowns, throws and submissions... An extremely well-rounded art! This is an amazing, fast-paced, style that will not only develop all of the tools necessary to become a world-class striker, but will also forge the body into tip-top physical shape as well as sharpen the mind. Our SanShou classes are, particularly, a great program for grapplers looking to hone their striking and takedown skills, as it includes all of the striking found in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai, as well as all of the takedowns, sweeps and throws found in Judo and Wrestling!
GRAPPLING & ROLLING:

In addition to the striking and takedowns you'll find in the SanShou training, we also offer Submission Grappling classes. The ground may be the end for most, but for a Submission Grappler, it's only the beginning! Training is based on techniques and concepts of Shuai Chiao, Chin Na and Jiu Jitsu. Submission Grappling has a modified set of grips to compensate for the lack of a uniform (Gi) to hold on to. Submission Grappling is dynamic, extremely practical in real-life, as well as in the cage. In fact, much of the grappling you see in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) today is learned without the use of a Gi, being that they are no longer permitted to be worn in MMA fights, and our Submission Grappling classes will ensure you are ready to roll when you step in the cage. You'll learn to not only apply, but also how to defend against chokes, joint locks, guards, mounts, transitions, reversals, sweeps and escapes; you'll learn every aspect of the submission game!

You don't have to get hit, to get fit! Our 'Fight Fitness' Cardio Kickboxing & MMA Conditioning classes are not your typical 'Kickbox Aerobics' or 'Boxing for Fitness' classes, this is real training! Punching only tones the arms, this is a total body workout. You will not be mindlessly throwing kicks and/or punches to the air, or in a mirror; you'll punch, kick, knee and elbow real targets, providing resistance and a better overall workout. Focus Mitts, Thai Pads, Kick Shields, Belly Pads, Speed Bags, Double-End Bags and Punching/Kicking Bags; you'll work with them all. You'll learn real fighting techniques and develop a confidence that can only be obtained by actually executing them, full-force. You are guaranteed to leave not only with a great aerobic workout, burning between 750-1,000 calories an hour, but also with an in-depth understanding of the techniques you've learned.
