I am a personal boxing trainer with over 30 years of experience of fights and training and managing fighters.
Retired Law Enforcement after 20 years.
I have trained ameatures all the way to national tournaments...and Pro''s that fought in large venues. I use a lot of personal equipment and teach very technical techniques that require cardiovascular conditioning and coordination and core power.
I am a level 3 certified USA Boxing coach as well as certified to work corners in several states.
Was a Gym owner for 5 years and retired to just do personal training upon moving to Florida.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start with warm up exercises them move into learning basic movements, stances, and mechanics of throwing punches...repetition is key to smooth movements and transitions.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Personal training is a one on one type of workout and is time consuming to get to a competitive level...I charge 35 dollars an hour with 2 hour minimum ...or 45 per hour for single hour sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
Began teaching pros when I was approached by fighters in a local gym...that progressed to opening my own facility which afforded the opportunity to travel with fighters around the country competing and winning.

From the over weight beninner...teenage novice to avanced and undefeated professionals.
