About
Our space is very different from traditional gyms. There are two ways to work out at 4Fitness, Personal Training where the space is entirely yours, or group classes. Our classes are small with most having only 6 people. Whichever you choose we provide a comfortable environment with a safe individual and customizable process to develop the skills you need to succeed in making positive lifestyle changes.
The best part about what I do is seeing my clients succeed. I love when they tell me this is the first exercise program they have ever stuck to. It's always great when they show me clothes they can no longer where because they are too big. Also there is nothing more fufilling then when clients tell me about all the things they can now do without back or knee pain.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For personal training I like to start with a no-charge consult so that we can get to know each other, do an assesment and talk about what personal training would look like, if a client would like to continue.
For classes I suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to first class to answer some basic health & fitness questions. This is also a great time to get a mini tutorial on any equipment we will be using.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications for personal training, surfset, program design, scientific back training, scientific core conditioning and more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Personal Training ranges between $40-$70 depending on length and frequency of training sessions.
Classes range between $10-20 per class depending on package purchased.
What types of students have you worked with?
Over the last 18 years I have worked with a large variety of clients from 19 years old to 96 years old. I have worked with athletes, clients with back & knee injuries, diabetics type 1 & 2, lower leg amputees and clients looking to lose 100 pounds and the last 5 pounds.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have a conversation with the person you are looking to work with and make sure that you can connect with them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are the benefits they would like to receive from exercising besides losing weight?
