I have been practicing yoga for over five years and have been teaching for two. I fell in love with the practice of yoga and all it’s benefits. The mindfulness and breath awareness it provides as well as the physical practice itself. The change it brought to my life drove me to the jungles of Costa Rica where I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Since then I have been teaching at various studios around the Bradenton/Sarasota area and continuing to grow my own practice as well.
My goal is to provide you with the confidence and knowledge to sustain your own yoga practice. To guide you safely through each posture, bring awareness to your breath and body. I am here to help hold space for you to grow on your mat and off of it. Yoga is a lifelong journey and I would love to help you begin your exploration with this ancient practice.
