I am trained in Sivananda Yoga. 🧘🏼♀️ This yoga is a traditional style. We perform Sun Salutations, mat poses, back strengthening poses, twists, standing poses, and final relaxation. Breathing techniques are also a part of my teaching. I have been teaching for 4 years. Been practicing for over 15 years. I teach at Surya Namaskar, 5300 1st Ave N. in St Petersburg, Fl. I am also willing to work with clients in their own home.
Since beginning my yoga journey and the benefits I’ve received from my practice, I want others to experience the benefits as well. I love when clients reach their goals and have new self-realizations.
I have my 200 hours certification. I have taken two additional workshops with Leslie Kaminoff (2015 & 2016) and his knowledge of breathing, anatomy, and the yoga poses.

For an hour session, $10.00. For an hour an a half, $15.00.
How did you get started teaching?
My interest in Yoga began when I pulled a muscle behind my knee. A trainer helped me stretch my muscle so that it wasn’t painful! That is when I began my jourey. I realize I was prett good at yoga and my interest took off.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages. Mostly age thirty and older. I’ve also taught chair yoga.
