Amy is a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and had been teaching for four years. Amy’s teaching style is simple, safe, and fun. Amy specializes in teaching beginner yoga. If you are brand new to fitness or yoga Amy will make each session easy and fun. Amy also specializes in Senior Chair Yoga and Yoga for Athletes.
I love helping people feel better in there bodies, through teaching a simple, and effective yoga class.
