In 2023, at the age of 33, I had a stroke that almost took my life or could have permanently paralyzed me. I was doing some work on my house when all of a sudden my left arm went completely dead. Other than no feeling, I couldn’t move it or feel it. Then the left side of my face began to go numb followed by my leg and I was experiencing dizziness.
