Tamara Fayad Yoga

I am all about making my students class fit them, everyone is different and the practice should be tailored that way. I love what I do and you will see my passion and hard work shine through in each class. With me you will get a little of everything. Some instructors focus mainly on the physical aspect of yoga, others focus mainly on the spiritual aspect of yoga. I focus on both. There is so much to learn from yoga and whether you come to the practice from a physical stand point or a spiritual one, you'll find out it is really both.
