I have been working with a senior for a year at the Ravello Center Activity Center, and my students and I share and enjoy each class very much.
I feel that it has helped them a lot physically and mentally and that we have come together more respecting each person regardless of their preferences
I am a Yoga instructor in the silver sneakers program and graduated as a holistic meditation teacher
