My classes focus on alignment and helping your body find your fullest expression I love the therapeutic aspects of yoga, which is why I have taken several classes on yoga as a tool for healing and am consistently reading up on the current research connecting yoga, meditation, and breath practice to real, practical results.
I work with new and advanced yogis, and I hold certifications to teach seniors and people recovering from traumatic events.
I offer a personal yoga, meditation, or reiki experience in your home for those interested in private classes.
My public classes offer a unique dynamic movement experience for groups.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first find out what my student hopes to accomplish with a yoga, reiki, or meditation practice. My preference is to have a brief chat by phone or in person so I can make sure to curate an experience that exactly meets his or her expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 200 hour certification in 2008 in Austin, Texas at Yoga Yoga and became attuned as a Reiki Master in early 2017.
Since then, I've studied with several local and national teachers in areas like Vinyasa, Shadow Work, Anatomy, and Chakra Healing.
I am currently training at Pose by Pose Yoga in Lutz, Florida, where I will receive my 500 hour and Yoga Therapists certifications in Summer 2018.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with students of all fitness levels, from women recovering from giving birth, new mothers, people living with arthritis, and people recovering from accidents or injuries.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Visualize your life with the changes you'd like to implement already in place. If you are interested in quieting the mind, what impact would that have on your life? How about a life with less or no back pain? Come to me with your goal, and I will work with you to create a plan to reach it.
