Local Legends offers programs such as:
Skills Clinics: Where youth are challenged athletically to sharpen their basketball skills while incorporated life skills. Each Legend (participant) will be led by trainers who have played at the collegiate and professional level. Our trainers have taught along side professional athletes and Division 1 and Division 2 collegiate coaches. Our endeavor is to perfect each students craft. Along with building upon the fundamentals of the game. We focus on both the defensive and offensive sides of the game. As well as, promoting self care. Through nutrition segments, deep stretching clinics, and strength and conditioning clinics.
Strength and conditioning:
When the whole body is strong and works synergistically, you develop a flow and strength that caters to flexibility. Our purpose for the strength and conditioning program is to first develop the body to it’s best functioning ability. Our goal is to improve athletic performance, increase muscle strength and tone, increase flexibility, create body awareness, improve respiration, energy and vitality, cardio and circulatory health, and lastly protect the body from injury.
Nutrition clinic:
Due to the toxicity of the traditional American diet. It’s our desire to bring awareness to what we eat. This clinic will dive into mindful eating, ‘Eat your way to health’, and ways to nurture our bodies—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Ask the student their goals, their strengths, and weaknesses. Then follow up with parent/guardian for their insight.
2. Inquire how the student is bet taught
3. Go through tests/drills to better asses the students skill level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Coaches were Division 1 collegiate athletes
- Coaches have overseas experience
- Over 10 years of basketball training experience with collegite athletes, professional athletes, and youth of all ages and skill levels

Individual
Training Session
$50 per session
$125 for 3 sessions
$500 for 4 sessions per week for a month
Strength, Yoga, and Conditioning (SYC)
$40 per session
$100 for 3 sessions a week
$625 for 3 SYC sessions and 2 training sessions per week for a month
