My love for movement and physical fitness began at an early age as a ballerina. I studied dance throughout my childhood and into my young adult years when I also began teaching. In 2010 I attended my first Bikram yoga class and in 2013 began expanding my practice to include Hot Flow, Vinyasa and Power Yoga classes. Yoga fulfilled my need for movement as well as helped me to find strength from within. My practice has changed my life and has confirmed my passion to teach as well as be a guide for others down the path to physical, mental and spiritual growth.
RYT 200. I completed my 200hr certification with Foundations for the Mindful Teacher training in 2013.
My teaching style is a combination of physical and mental challenge. My teaching practice reflects my belief that we need to listen to our bodies and be kind to them by moving with intention. The goal is to provide a session that helps you disconnect from the world so that you can positively connect with your mind and body.
