The service provided is from the heart and supportive to your needs of yoga. I will adjust you to make sure each pose is comfortable but also challenging so that you find a shift within your practice. Meditation is also a large portion of what I teach as I will focus on the true principles of yoga and integrating them into every day life.
Yoga is not just work for me, it is a lifestyle. Every session is a chance to explore your boundaries and open up to new experiences within mind and body. It is my goal to express the joy in teaching yoga and helping others find peace.
