Living Tao Yoga & Wellness Coaching provides training and education for holistic health and personal development through classes, workshops and private coaching. The classes teach various techniques for relieving stress, quieting the mind, and increasing one’s overall energy levels. Instruction also includes guidance on healthy living essentials such as maintaining balanced body weight, improving the diet, creating positive emotions, and developing spiritual awareness.
For many years, I suffered with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I discovered Body and Brain Yoga in 2012 and from that moment on, my life changed dramatically. I learned to love myself unconditionally. Through continued daily practice and intensive workshops, I continue to become a master of my emotions and a healer of myself and others.
My mission is to help others connect to their true self and thereby find peace, love, and happiness in their lives.
Renee is a very knowledgeable, positive, and insightful instructor. Starting off as a beginner is very challenging but her care and patience has made the process much easier.
A private Introduction Session is scheduled with each new client to assess the client's current body condition, including flexibility, balance, breathing patterns, stress levels, and mind-body coordination. Information will be provided on the influence of energy on health, and a customized program will be recommended based on the client's current condition.
Renee has a B.A. degree in Education and a B.S. degree in Microbiology. She has enjoyed a long career in the field of pharmaceutical research, helping to develop new medicines. After overcoming her own health challenge, she became passionate about learning ways to live life to the fullest and take responsibility for her own health and happiness. Renee has studied and experienced in-depth the mind and body principles of ancient Eastern Asia energy healing and philosophies combined with modern neuroscience. Through the practice of this specialized yoga and meditation, and healthier eating habits, Renee is now healthier than ever and the master of her life! No longer dependent upon pharmaceuticals for maintenance of her health, she has never felt better! As a Certified Master Body and Brain Yoga Instructor and a Certified Health Coach through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, she is ready to help guide you to a happier, healthier, and more peaceful life.
