I have been a Certified Chef since 1987, and teaching since 1985. My experience in the Culinary arena include; Executive Dining Room Chef (5years), Restaurant Chef (7 years), Residence Private Chef (12 years), and Chef on a Private Railroad Car. I do the shopping , bring all equipment needed for class, and a copy of all the recipes, prepared in class. Also, have extensive experience with elementary/secondary school culinary instruction.

I Love teaching others how to get passionate about making and presenting amazing food. My students always say "you make it look so eay" and then I teach them how to do the same! I have been cooking professionally for aproximately 16 years. I worked for Buckheadlife Restaurant Group for 5 years as a Sous Chef. I worked almost 2 years with Ray's in the City and Ray's on the River. I was the Executive Sous Chef at Ray's during the begining of the pandemic when Ray's on the River was in the top 5 restaurants in the nation. Currently I teach at The Art Institute of Atlanta.
