I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning program is in place to develop clients. Functional Movement and Athleticism at the forefront of programming workouts. This is accomplished with two specific goals of the way we program: to prevent the likelihood of injury and increase Range of mobility/performance with each workout. By constantly evaluating through testing measures, and using proper training techniques and modalities we can accomplish these goals.
Working with Athletes, spent the past 4-5 years Coaching in College Football and private performance facilities (UTSA,Miami Hurricanes)
