I'm a guitar & music instructor in Buford w/50 years of experience playing, performing, composing, recording, producing & studying music.

My focus is on instrumental music and proper technique, although some voice coaching is included. I instruct reading, scales, chord and key studies, music theory, composition, notation, ear training, proper fingering. You will be able to play any style of music you like - Rock, Blues, Country or Jazz. Classical guitar is a specialized study but is included.

I will travel to your home - 1 or more hrs a week are available depending on ability, motivation. The harder you work the faster you'll achieve. Given time and work you will be able to play the guitar well, very well.

I compose my lesson plans, no 3rd party books are required. Your material requirements are: a playable instrument, sturdy music stand, a 2" loose leaf notebook & plastic sheet protectors. References available upon request.
