About
Our lessons are customized to each student's individual age, ability, goals, and musical preferences. Tuition is based on the teacher's education and experience so you know exactly what quality of lessons you are getting for what you are paying. Teacher qualifications range from advanced student's who teach beginners up to teachers with masters degrees in music. For parents who are unsure if their child will stick with lessons, we recommend starting with an advanced student to test the waters and save money!
I love working with different students with different goals, abilities, and personalities. Working one-on-one allows us to get to know our students on a personal level and it develops more into a ministry than just lessons.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson is basically a time to get to know the student, learn their goals, and to figure out their level, if they have had lessons previously.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training and education of each teacher varies. The owner holds a masters degree in music education as well as teacher certification with the state of Georgia.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons range from $70-100 per month, depending on the teacher you choose. Each teacher's tuition is based on their personal education and experience.
How did you get started teaching?
The owner has taught lessons for 20 years. As an advanced pianist in high school, she was constantly asked to teach students and grew the business from there.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have taught students as young as 3 and as old as 82. Our experience also includes students with physically and mental disabilities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our most recent recital was the favorite of parents and participants. We did a costume recital where students dressed in theme with their piece.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone passionate about sharing their love for music. If one teacher doesn't work out, try another before giving up on lessons. Not every student is a perfect match with their teacher. Let the prospective teacher know as much about the prospective student as possible so they can direct you to the most compatable teacher.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Decide what music style you are interested in or what goals you have and find out if the teacher can help you meet those goals. Have in mind what time availability options work with your schedule so that the teacher can try to accommodate or put you on a waiting list for your preferred time.
