About this pro

Boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, tae kwon do, mixed martial arts in the comfort of your own place!

In the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois the minimum prices for martial arts classes are as follos:

Admission fee $45

Uniform $50

The fee for a 3 month package is $575

The fee for a 6 month package is $1,050

The fee for a 12 month packages is $1,120

The exams are every 2 or 3 months and they range from $50 to $100 depending on the color of your belt.

How much money for admission fees, uniforms, unnecessary exams, monthly fees and transportation to attend classes do you really need if you are interested in making it all the way to at least 1st. degree black belts?

In order for you to afford it, you would need to be the daughter or son of a banker!

To make matters even worse, their Instructors and their techniques and classes are not half of what you expect them to be.

You make it to 1st. degree black belt and still you just can't really fight, you can't defend yourself!

If you are interested in really learning how to fight and in a very short period of time, here's is what I can do for you at the present time and for a very reasonable fee.

For the total amount of $500 I am going to allow you to record, to film my entire course.  Yes, from beginners to black belt plus boxing, kickboxing, tae kwon do and mma and all my arsenal of natural physical exercises that come with my entire technique.

I will teach you and lead you step by step all my techniques, all my physical exercises and if you are interested, all my sparring also.

You film it, record it and it is all yours for you to train in the comfort of your own place whenever you feel like taking your class.

You will really learn and you will not have to waste your money in admission fees, unnecessary exams, uniforms and for transportation.

Once you have my entire course recorded, you can have your entire family and friends join you whenever you feel like taking your class.

For questions or my personal assistance down the road, just call me or come and see me in person.

For now, this is the only way I can assist you, but I am in the process of filming my entire program and having a membership website for all interested students.

How can you become the best of the best and defeat the best and fiercest opponents?

Practice with my technique technical pressure, angles, attack and defense and your victory will be achieved.

If you are really serious about it and you would like to really become the best of the best and this includes for all of you current world champions, I must be your Instructor.

Please do not hesitate to let me know how I can assist you.

Thank you!

Jose Arreola.

( Instructor of boxing, kickboxing, tae kwon do, martial arts and mma since 1977 )

I just love to teach people how to defend themselves, so that they in turn can put a stop to all types of abuse.

Nothing, but greatness!

The more I practice, the more new techniques, the better person I am.

The morning for me started at when I left my apartment at %am to be at Joe’s house at 6. I picked him up 10 minutes early, he got in the car and we proceeded to go to a County Forest Preserve for my training as we discussed over the phone. There had been a gentle snow the night before and there was a light coating of snow on the trees, grass, and ground to the park. It was beautiful. At this park is a toboggan run with 120 stairs to reach the top of the hill. We (I) walked up these stairs and made martial arts blocks and punches as I walked up and down the stairs of the hill. It was my preference to work outside. I didn’t want to learn in a gym stinking of sweat. His approach to teaching was my favorite part. The funniest part is t he only way for your muscles to no longer be sore the next day is to do the exercises. I found that to be a total gas. I went for over two hours, he said I can go all day if I want. It would still be $25. I walked those stairs and did other exercises for two hours. I had to stop walking down the stairs because of the jello factor of my legs. After learning these exercises from him I can do them anywhere. It’s great. I will admit there was about ten minutes I felt I was being ripped off and that all he did was show me a toboggan run by his house, then I did what I learned after I got home. What seemed so slow (the bunching and blocks) looked lightning fast. People said they didn’t know I was so quick and neither did I. I would dump my gym pass if I didn’t play basketball or swim sometimes on Sunday. Next time I go we work on legs. I thought WTF were the stairs for?

Coach is very knowledgeable. Knows how to teach. Highly recommended.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Being a human being.  Being friendly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been learning, practicing and working out at least 5 days per week ever since Bruce Lee was filming movies in 1972 - 1973.

I became a 3rd degree black belt in tae kwon do in 1977 and ever since, I have not been able to stop working out and searching for better training and fighting techniques and I've been luckier than thousands of instructors worldwide because I have found most of the answers I've been looking for.

Are you a dedicated and talented student and you dream huge?  Yes, you want to become a world champion either in boxing or at the octagon?  You just found the right instructor!
