I will help you accomplish your fitness goals and more. You are not the body and you are not even the mind. I will help you connect to your heart and soul. I am inner fire ignition. This is my passion.

Former college baseball player, NASM personal training certifications, Qi Gong/ Kung fu instructor/ practitioner. In Wisconsin I ran my own private baseball instruction for over 10 years. Giving 30+ hours of lessons weekly.

Since moving to Chicago I have been training adults to lose weight and gain muscle, while becoming pain free and relearning how to move.

My gift is communicating, connecting, and teaching. Building confidence and foundation fundamentals.

I am the definition of well rounded.

Growing up playing hockey and eventually college baseball,

I branched out to yoga, rock climbing, bmx/ skateboarding, meditation, tennis, pickleball, and kung fu

Whatever your goals are, I can help you and your whole family.

My adhd has forced me to learn how to focus in high pressure situations and perform. Let me share my meditation techniques.

1 hour Baseball lessons can include hitting, throwing/ pitching, and fielding/ catching

Pickleball + Tennis: 30 minutes of training + 30 minutes of court time

Meditation: 1 hour of fun
