Fernando’s passion for fitness and boxing is undeniable. Fernando has competed in the Chicago Marathon, Chicago Half Marathon, YMCA Triathlon, Ironman Steelhead Michigan, Ironman Texas, and Ironman Coeur d’Alene. Fernando has participated in the Chicago Golden Glove as both a coach and boxer. Accomplishing his own personal goals, Fernando is committed to helping others achieve the same. With over 20 years of experience as a trainer and coach, Fernando has dedicated his career to teaching adults and kids through his philosophy of cross-training for core, which combines both discipline and total conditioning. Fernando has worked with not only professional athletes, providing cross-training in the off-season to Major League Baseball players but also with educators at Evanston Township High School, getting adults started on their journey to fitness and well-being. Through his personal training and classes, Fernando hopes to share his expertise and experience with others looking to meet their personal goals.
