I can travel to you or you can travel to me. Whatever is convenient for clients to have. I am well versatile and well rounded with training. Whether it is strength and conditioning or just basic boxing and kickboxing, I am your go to! We have fun and we work hard at the same time!
I enjoy the thrill of being new and definitely different. I'm not someone you would see doing the same workouts every day. A lot of my workouts are original and very effective! I also enjoy the people who come in to train. It's good to work with all different types of clientele and to also do the workouts with you guys. You guys keep me on my toes!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first class is always about engaging in the fundamentals first. You are still guaranteed a great and sore fulfilled workout, but to continue to have great workouts and see better results, the fundamentals is what I start with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified kickboxing trainer through 9Round Fitness
CPR cert. Since 2016 through Evergreen Fire Dept.
Mentored by Olympic track and field runner
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My prices are simple.
For locals, it is 20/hr and 15/hh
If traveling myself, it is 25/hr and 20/hh
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students from middle school to teaching fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing to people in their 60s. Anyone is free to train and have a great time with me!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you get the trainer that is an expert in what you are trying to accomplish. You would not get a basketball coach when you are trying to learn how to run faster. Find someone that you are also comfortable with. Someone who you can talk to, but also someone who you can work with. Be understanding that teachers are also students as well. Every good teacher still has a teacher. Lastly, dont go to someone who you know you cant afford. Dont waist their time because trainers surely won't waist yours.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your goals and see if your teacher can help you acquire 99.999% of those goals. Whether that be workouts, the thrill of each class or just simply the trainer. If the shoe doesn't fit, however, do not force it to go on!
