I have 33 years of competitive martial arts experience. 20 years as a boxing and kickboxing trainer. 20 years as a personal and small groups fitness coach.
I'm a ranked and certified Sanshou coach, I teach traditional Chinese martial arts and have a winning record in MMA.
I am the only Carlos Machado BJJ affiliate in Kentucky, with a 33 year freestyle/folk style wrestling background.
I am the owner and head coach of The Urban Ninja Project in Lexington Kentucky.
